Benefit of Yoghurt

Perhaps the word yogurt we've heard and probably not something familiar to us. And of course so many who know the form of yogurt itself. And if you already know the obvious about the yogurt itself?? Yogurt has several benefits. And have you know what Khasiatnya? And have you know the principles of making yogurt?

I will discuss a bit about the principles and benefits of making yogurt from the yogurt itself.

The principle of making yogurt is milk fermentase using bacteria Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermopillus, which will describe the lactose (milk sugar) into lactic acid and various components of the scent and taste imagery. Good yogurt lactic acid has a total of about 0.85 to 0.95%, and the degree of acidity (pH) of about 4.5. Compare with the degree of acidity (pH) of the stomach which average 2.5.

The bacteria in yogurt can produce various vitamins needed by the body, namely folic acid, nicotinic acid, pantothenic acid, biotin, vitamin B6, and vitamin B12. Kanungan minerals in yogurt, especially calcium, phosphorus, and potassium was also higher than fresh milk, while the lower fat content.
The bacteria in yogurt can beradhesi in epithelial cells the intestine. Lactic acid in yogurt may stimulate the peristaltic movement and the bacteria in yogurt can improve the movement of the stomach. Lactic acid in yogurt can also reduce or kill the pathogenic bacteria, and lactic acid-producing bacteria produce antibiotics that can inhibit the growth of pathogenic bacteria. In addition, Lactobacillus bulgaricus can produce bulgarikan, an effective antimicrobial that inhibits pathogenic organisms trigger diarrhea.

So, yogurt as a drink that contains many vitamins, and also useful for digestive health.
